Yes according to the rental agreement you must call the rental station after the accident.
If the vehicle is damaged make sure to make an appointment MONDAY - FRIDAY 0900-1200. This step is necessary to have the damage evaluated by our mechanics. In case the damage is hard to determine the insurance specialists and garages are open during these hours. If you fail to bring the vehicle in during these times/hours the rental station will charge the full self risk. The next working day the damage will be determined and you will be contacted as soon as possible to finish the case. If the damage is less then the self risk you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
